I’m from Charlotte NC and I drive to Mooresville NC just to get my nails done by Kao ,she gives me the nail shape I’ve been wanting for a long time. She is patient ,kind, sweet and sincere. Being a black woman I have never felt any racism or disrespect when being in the spa, considering being the only one in there sometimes lol . We talk ,we laugh and we joke with everyone there, even the customers interaction with each other. Good company..
